In this position, and as part of a small team, you will provide RTR customers with first-class sales-focused support on inquiries of commercial, logistics and technical nature. Does this sound like you? This is a full-time position, based at the company’s Concord, NC area facilities.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of activities inside the RTR Vehicles team, ranging from multi-platform customer support, to sales support, and general administrative duties. As the Customer Service Rep, you will report to the Sales Development Manager and play a key role in the organization by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following essential functions.
Primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including warranty requests and complaints.
Provide product information and suggestions for increased sales opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalating queries and concerns
Working with team members to determine appropriate solutions.
Assist in database management, reporting, and process creation.
Highschool diploma with additional relevant work experience
Customer focused mindset
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and team collaboration software.
Able to work independently and in team environments
Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, Concord, NC
