Position Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist that will be responsible for executing all digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on our core channels, including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Organic Social, or Email Marketing. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will strategize, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to exceed our goals and expectations. The ideal team member will have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve results. You do not need any previous marketing agency experience to apply for this entry level position—just an interest in digital marketing and a drive to grow!

Essential Functions:

Executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns relating to RTR Vehicles.

Builds, executes, and maintains our RTR Vehicles social media presence.

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Support creation of multi-part email marketing campaigns.

Research markets to discover new trends and technologies to improve RTR Vehicles digital marketing performance

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Minimum of one year of digital marketing experience with the ability to create and edit original content

Demonstrated track record of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strategic thinking

Experience working with and marketing automotive aftermarket products

Understanding of marketing research and statistical analysis

Digital media savvy – comfort with social media and a passion for growing digital platforms

Well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite

Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, Charlotte, NC

Desired characteristics:

Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the automotive industry

Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

Working knowledge of ad serving tools

Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
