In this position, and as part of a small team, you will handle day to day operations as it relates to sales, inventory and supply chain management. Does this sound like you? This is a full-time position, based at the company’s Concord, NC area facilities.
The Operations Specialist reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in the organization by processing sales, maintaining inventory level, and the management of the vendor and inventory database. Daily tasks include planning, purchasing and administrative duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following essential functions.
Sales order processing and updating
Scheduled reporting to various departments
Inventory updating across multiple platforms
Assist in database management and process creation
Highschool diploma with additional relevant work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and team collaboration software.
Able to work independently and in team environments
Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, Concord, NC
