March was a great month for RTR Vehicles! After months of rumors and speculation we announced Ben Hobson as the newest addition to the RTR Drift Team for the 2024 Championship season! We are so excited to see Ben join James Deane and Vaughn Gittin Jr. in their 2024 Mustang RTR Spec 5-FD his first ever pro season!

RTR also hosted and attended some awesome events for Mustang owners this last month. Tindol Ford is one of our more recent dealers but they have quickly risen to the top as our top Authorized RTR Dealer in vehicle sales. Tindol reached out to us to see if we could host some of the Mustang RTR owners that he has sold vehicles to for a visit to the RTR Lab. This led to a unique and unforgettable experience for a select group of Mustang RTR Spec 2 owners at the RTR Lab in Concord, NC.

Ben Hobson Joins RTR

After months of speculation and internet rumors we are excited to confirm 2023 Formula Drift PROSPEC Champion Ben Hobson will be joining the RTR Vehicles’ Drift Team. Having earned his PRO series license with the 2023 championship, Ben will make the jump to the premiere PRO series beginning in Long Beach April 12-13. In his rookie year Ben will be competing in each round of the 2024 season behind the wheel of a 2024 Mustang RTR Spec 5-FD.

He will be joined in the paddock by veteran driver James Deane who is returning for his sophomore season with RTR and Vaughn Gittin Jr. for select rounds.
