This kit pairs Whipple’s Mega Cooler intercooler, a high-flow reusable air filter, and a custom Whipple calibration developed using Ford’s factory tools. From just 2,000 RPM, the Bronco gains massive torque improvements for quicker throttle response, stronger mid-range pull, and a dramatically improved driving experience—whether you’re off-roading, towing, or cruising the highway.

The Whipple calibration also enhances transmission shift points, increases RPM limits, refines pedal mapping, and removes the annoying auto start/stop feature. Using the Whipple MPVI3 Flash Tool, owners can easily load tunes, log data, adjust tire and axle calibrations (up to 39” tire, 5.10 gear ratio), and monitor live vehicle performance.

At the heart of this system is the Whipple Mega Cooler, offering a 58% increase in internal core volume, 144% more external fin surface area, and 12% less restriction than the factory intercooler. The TIG-welded bar-and-plate design delivers up to a 32°F drop in intake temperature, allowing cooler, denser air for more consistent power and improved safety under heavy load. The system is completed with Whipple’s high-flow 8-layer cotton air filter, which is washable, reusable, and 17.9% less restrictive than stock.
